ABOUT ME

 Meet Izzy

BA, MA, Certified Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6)

Hi there! I’m Izzy, the founder of Trust Your Parenting and a Certified Holistic Sleep Consultant (OCN Level 6).
I also work as a counselor in the health field, providing education and care coordination to families with babies and expectant moms.

I’m driven to support others through compassion, personal experience, and evidence-based care. I’m passionate about helping families create healthy, gentle sleep foundations for their babies, without compromising connection, instincts, or individuality.

Can I share my story?

When I welcomed my daughter, I found myself overwhelmed by a sea of conflicting sleep advice. In the chaos, one truth stood out clearly: I know my baby best. Learning to trust my instincts—despite all the noise—guided me through sleepless nights and uncertain days. That powerful lesson is now the heart of my work with parents.

Sleep deprivation can impact every part of life—physically, emotionally, and mentally. That’s why, after my own journey through sleep deprivation and advice overload, I created Trust Your Parenting to give families a safe, gentle, and empowering space to support sleep, without pressure or guilt.
